1. Introduction

Welcome to Wall Baller. Your privacy matters. This policy explains what data we collect on WallBaller.com and in our mobile app, how we use it, and how you can request its deletion. We do not sell or rent personal data.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Gameplay data (app only)

We track in-game scores and tie them to the username you choose. You may create an account using a username and password. We do not require your real name. Email may be collected only if required for authentication or account recovery.

When you create an account, we may collect your username, password (stored securely in encrypted form), and authentication information provided through third-party sign-in services such as Apple or Google.

We use this information to create and manage your account, authenticate you, and save game progress, scores, and in-game purchases. We do not sell or share account information for marketing. Passwords are encrypted and are not visible to us in plain text.

2.2 Advertising data (app only)

We use Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob may collect device-level identifiers, such as IDFA or Android Advertising ID, to serve relevant ads. We do not control how AdMob uses that data; see Google's AdMob Privacy Policy for details.

2.3 Analytics data (app and website)

We use Firebase to understand how people play Wall Baller. Firebase may collect crash reports, usage patterns, device model, operating system version, and anonymous identifiers. No personal information such as your name or email is sent to Firebase.

On WallBaller.com, Google Analytics may track page views, time on pages, device, browser, and general location. Facebook Pixel may measure visits, clicks, and anonymous demographics. These tools do not collect names or emails through our site.

3. How we use information

We analyze gameplay to fix bugs and improve the game. AdMob may use device identifiers to personalize ads; we do not see identifiers tied to your real identity. Website analytics help us understand which pages are useful and how visitors find us.

4. Children's privacy

Wall Baller is designed with younger players in mind. We collect usernames and account credentials for gameplay, but do not require real names. If authentication services are used, limited information from those services may be processed to enable login. We do not ask for age verification. Parents may request deletion as described below.

5. Cookies and website tracking

Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel may set cookies to measure site traffic and behavior. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work correctly. We do not use other tracking tools or third-party cookies.

6. Data retention and deletion

Gameplay or analytics data we store, including crash reports, anonymous scores, and website analytics, is retained for up to 90 days, then deleted or anonymized.

To remove data tied to a username or device, email info@wallballer.com with the username or a description of the data and a statement requesting deletion. We will delete associated data within 30 days and confirm by email. You can also follow the steps on our account deletion page.

7. No selling of data

We do not sell, trade, or share personal or gameplay data with outside parties for marketing. Ad partners may use device identifiers to serve ads, but we do not tie those identifiers to your real identity.

8. Third-party links

WallBaller.com may link to other sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

9. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect data from unauthorized access or loss. No method of data transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International users

We are based in the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. by service providers such as Google, Facebook, and Firebase. For rights under laws such as GDPR or CCPA, contact us.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will post the updated policy with a revised date and may display a notice for major changes.
