1. Introduction
Welcome to WallBaller. Your privacy matters. This policy explains what data we collect on our website (WallBaller.com) and in our mobile app, how we use it, and how you can request its deletion. We do not sell or rent any personal data.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Gameplay Data (App Only)

  • Usernames & Scores: We track in-game scores and tie them to the username you choose.

  • No Personal Names or Accounts: You do not create an account or provide a real name or email to play. Your username is not linked to any personal identity.

2.2 Advertising Data (App Only)

  • AdMob: We use Google’s AdMob network to show ads. AdMob may collect device-level identifiers (for example, IDFA or Android Advertising ID) to serve relevant ads. We do not control how AdMob uses that data; please refer to Google’s AdMob Privacy Policy for details.

2.3 Analytics Data (App & Website)

  • Firebase Analytics (App): We use Firebase to understand how people play Wall Ballers. Firebase collects crash reports, usage patterns, device model, operating system version, and anonymous identifiers. No personal information (name, email) is sent to Firebase.

  • Google Analytics (Website): On WallBaller.com, we use Google Analytics to track page views, time spent on pages, device, browser, and location (city/province level only). No personal information is collected.

  • Facebook Pixel (Website): We use Facebook Pixel to measure how visitors interact with our site. It tracks visits, clicks, and anonymous demographics. It does not collect names or emails.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Game Improvement: We analyze how players use the app (levels completed, time spent, crashes) so we can fix bugs and improve gameplay.

  • Ad Personalization: AdMob may use device identifiers to serve personalized ads. We do not see which ads you click on or any identifiers tied to your real identity.

  • Website Insights: Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel help us understand which pages are popular and how visitors find our site. This data is anonymous and cannot identify you.

4. Children’s Privacy

  • Geared Toward Kids: Wall Ballers is designed with younger players in mind. We do not collect names, emails, or any personal details from children. All gameplay data is tied to nicknames only.

  • No Age Gating or Parental Consent: Since we do not collect personal data, we do not ask for age verification. If you are a parent and want your child’s anonymous gameplay data deleted, please see Section 6 below.

5. Cookies & Tracking on WallBaller.com

  • We use Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel on the website. Both set cookies to measure site traffic and behavior.

  • Cookies are small text files placed on your device. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but certain features of WallBaller.com may not work correctly if you do.

  • We do not use any other tracking tools or third-party cookies.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

  • Retention Period: Any gameplay or analytics data we store (including crash reports, anonymous scores, and website analytics) is retained for up to 90 days. After 90 days, it is automatically deleted or anonymized.

  • Deletion Requests: If you or your child wants to remove all data tied to a specific username or device, send an email to info@wallballer.com with:

    1. The username in question (for app data) or a description of the data you want deleted.

    2. A statement requesting deletion of that data.
We will delete all associated data within 30 days and confirm by email.

7. No Selling of Data

We do not sell, trade, or share any personal or gameplay data with outside parties for marketing purposes. Ad partners (AdMob) may use device identifiers to serve ads, but those identifiers are not tied to your real identity by us.

8. Third-Party Links

  • WallBaller.com may contain links to other sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices. When you click a link, you leave our domain, and the privacy practices of that new site apply.

9. Security

We implement reasonable measures to protect data from unauthorized access or loss. However, no method of data transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International Users

  • Our company is based in the United States. If you visit from outside the U.S., your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. by our service providers (Google, Facebook, Firebase).

  • If you are located in a region that requires additional privacy safeguards (for example, the EU under GDPR or California under CCPA), please contact us at info@wallballer.com for specific rights or requests.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we update it, we will post the new version on WallBaller.com with a revised “Last updated” date. For major changes, we will display a notice on our website or in the app.
